My name is Andrew Lenau, and my passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe that everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves.

Getting fit and healthy doesn’t have to be difficult, but oftentimes people still struggle with it.
Why is that?

With so much conflicting and false information out there it can be very frustrating to know what you should do.

Fortunately you’re not alone.

When I first started on my fitness journey I was stuck in the same position, constantly trying to figure out what would work best for me. I tried generic workout programs off the internet, fad diets, taking every supplement under the rainbow, and working out for hours each day. Unfortunately all this stuff resulted in short term results, as I could never sustain them because they were too restrictive, boring, or just too hard to maintain.

When I finally figured out the “right way” I realized it is not actually that difficult to see results.

So what is the “right way”?

There isn’t one way that works for everyone. So finding what works best for you is important!

It is that simple.

The science to losing weight or gaining weight is actually quite simple. The part that people struggle with is the implementation and sustaining of that plan.

So yes, once you find your plan it is easy, unfortunately finding that formula can be very difficult without some help.

That is where I come in.

I want to work with you to find your plan! I coach you daily for the duration of the program and we work as a team. I am your trusty navigator but you are the captain of the ship. I help guide you where you need to go but ultimately you make all the decisions in your fitness journey. I work with the things that you like, avoid your dislikes and try to shape your behavior, habits, and mindset so that you can become consistent and committed to the process. This enables you to have realistic, consistent, and sustainable progress.

We will work together to find a plan that is fun and exciting because you are more likely to repeat something if you enjoy it. When you repeat something over an extended period of time it becomes a habit, and then that habit becomes a part of your lifestyle.

I will help you find a plan that is right for you. Whether you’re a career minded person, busy parent, athlete, or somewhere in between, we can find something that will work best for you.
