Mark holds a bachelor's degree in biology and exercise science and a master’s degree in health promotion, bringing a structured blend of knowledge and practical experience to his personal training in Columbia, Missouri. A former sprinter for Mizzou track and field, Mark understands the dedication and discipline required to achieve personal goals, no matter how big or small.
Mark trains a diverse personal training clientele, ranging in ages from 21 to 91 whose goals include weight loss, gaining strength and muscle, training for sport performance, increasing overall fitness, improving balance and coordination, and improving post-rehabilitation movement & strength after hip and knee replacements.
Mark primarily offers one-on-one sessions but also provides training for small groups of two or three for those who prefer to work out with a friend, spouse, or family member.
