About Nicole

Take care of your body! It’s the only place YOU have to live! Our bodies are in a constant state of change both physically and mentally, and we should be aware that what worked 10 years ago may not be the best approach today or tomorrow. My goal is to honestly do what is best for you and get you to a place where you not only feel good about how you look and feel but also get you to a point where you understand that being healthy is a lifestyle and has a long-term impact. I also want you to know that change is hard, but it is OK because change means growth! My approach is simple! Exercises that work for you! Not everyone is the same! I make it fun! You won't enjoy the outcome unless you enjoy the process! Keep a check on how you are feeling on the inside! (Mental health is important) Healthy relationship with food. "Diet" is not in my vocabulary. I can give you the tools and plans to start a better relationship with food. Most importantly - YOU! ? Whether you see me once a week or five times a week, I want to leave you with tools and resources to help keep you on track for those days when we are not together. I use an app that will give you guided workouts, and I also can put together meal plans along with recipes that work with any dietary restrictions, lifestyle, and schedule. So, let's chat! I am available starting at 5am Monday - Friday in person and virtual if the gym is not your thing! Not a morning person, no problem. We can find a time that works for you! My training philosophy

Being healthy isn't just about being a certain weight or size but it's more about how you feel! My approach is simple, it's all about you and what works for you! Exercise, a health diet and lifestyle have so many benfits both phyically and mentally. My goal is for you to feel good about yourself and most importantly to have fun!

My training experience

I made a career change right after I turned 40. I was ready for a shift after working in the advertising and media world for over 18 years. It's the best decision I have ever made and since 2018 I have had the chance to work with a variety of indiviudals from 20-65. I also have a background in teaching yoga and pilates.
