Hello! I started my fitness journey with Yoga, specifically Ashtanga yoga, which is a more challenging and athletic form of yoga. I loved the mindset shift I got from the practice, and eventually decided to become a teacher myself. I love working 1 on 1 with people to develop their bodies, and their minds, through yoga. Eventually I decided to further my education and became certified with NASM, learning to teach people to strength train, lose weight, and create healthy habits. Building a healthy mind and body takes time, effort, consistency, and fun; if you're serious about finally making that big change you've been putting off, I can help you. Our sessions can be a combination of Yoga and/or Training. I can come train you at your house, or you can find me at The Peak Health and Wellness, right here in Great Falls.
