Hi, I’m Cody McDermott, a certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience helping clients build real strength, stay consistent, and train with purpose. I am the manager, head personal training, and head group instructor at Shed Fitness Belle Meade, where I’ve worked with everyone from busy professionals to busy parents, youth athletes to endurance athletes. My style is structured but personal—I don’t do one-size-fits-all programs. Whether we’re training in person, virtually, or both, I build plans around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. I’ve managed high-retention training teams, coached group classes, and developed long-term client relationships by keeping things focused, flexible, and honest.
