About Jonathen

Hi, I’m Jonathen Shane. I grew up on a small farm in middle Tennessee. I played and competed in many sports over the course of my life and bring an athlete’s perspective to fitness. I became a trainer and created VersaFit so I can improve people’s lives by sharing my passion for fitness and athletics.

I specialize in innovative exercises that focus improving neuromuscular function, coordination proprioception and reaction time. My methods utilize exercises and functional movement patterns to enhance unilateral and bilateral balance, strength, endurance, mobility and explosiveness.
