I love fitness since ever I know myself. My close family are in the health and fitness industry as well that might be one of the reasons why I am into health & fitness. But the most important reason is the confidence and strength it gave me to get through the most difficult and challenging parts of my life. It changed my life, my personality and my beliefs about myself. This was when I started to become an instructor. I knew the purpose of my life is to help people live stronger & healthier and to teach them to know their weaknesses and strengths to progress from there. I used to live in a tropical country named Malaysia. I have had different clients from different part of the world with diverse backgrounds, and I have always tried my best to help my clients to meet their goals. Power plate training with Neda is a lot of fun as she incorporates cardio, weights and stretching with variety from day to day. Even with a knee injury, I am able to exercise effectively as the vibration adds extra intensity during training and stretching.
