I am a hard working and competent trainer and have trained people from ages 20 all the way to 70. With my wide knowlege of training I have given results to athletic clients, to clients with injuries, limited mobility, and disease. Using my experience we can make a plan specifically towards your goals and needs. I like to go at a pace you are comfortable with yet still push you to where you can get results as fast as possible. I am open to either coming to your gym or house, or you coming to my gym. Whether you are wanting to lose weight, tone up, gain muscle, or get your mobility back I WILL show you results!

This would be my best friend. He struggled with weight since he was a child. After going with me to the gym and following my meal plan for 3 months he lost 40lbs!
