Setting goals can be easy, achieving them requires consistent motivation, efficient training programs, and healthy reminders. As a certified personal trainer & nutritionist with a background in extreme sports, I understand the desire to achieve all goals large and small. Currently located in Reno, NV where I get to explore our backyard and enjoy life outside. Together we will build out homework that is built to help you succeed, our workouts will challenge and push you to be your best self!
Over the past 8 years I have been working with a wide range of clients everyone from the gracefully aging to those rehabilitating from surgery. I specialize in form correction as well as diet/exercise pairing programs for those looking to lose weight.
I became a trainer to help the world get healthier one workout at a time, whether that means you simply want to walk one mile again or you want to gain strength! Together we can build a program to help you achieve your goals!
