Fitness with LaTressa focuses on personal training, healthy diet regimens, vegan meal Prep lifestyle, and group workouts. LaTressa encourages her clients to become whole physically, spiritually, and mentally.
LaTressa is a personal trainer who uses a combination of HIIT and metabolic training, as well as stress management techniques. Experienced in modifications of various medical conditions to hundreds of clients from CEOs to professional athletes and clients that are new to working out or hesitant to start a regiment.
