Fitness with mindfulness is what I live by. I have been an athlete, competed in Men's Physique for few years. I believe in an all-natural way of training. All my competitions I did were being in vegetarian/Vegan. I took all the negative comments as motivation to build muscle and physique on a Vegan diet without any supplements. These were the times when people did not believe in veganism. I have worked with both types of clients, vegan and non-vegan. For me, discipline and efforts are more important than your belief in being vegan or non-vegan.
My favorite client story
To cut the story short, my clients are still maintaining most of their optimal health goals from what they learned from me.
My favorite exercise
Core training, HIIT, all type of basic exercises, any exercise that helps in strengthening the weak spot/muscle. What is my client's favorite becomes mine with some much needed modifications.

My training philosophy
Fitness with Mindfulness, this is all it is needed. Be mindful of every action you take, from eating to drinking, resting to working out. A simple philosophy, what goes in must come out through cardio or working out or regular job work, based on an individual's goals. And yes, you can build muscles by eating plants or being vegan or vegetarian. Prove it by action not by words.
My training experience
I have competed for a few years in NGA (All natural competition) in Men's Physique in the state of Florida and since then have trained my clients. My goal has been not to give my client's just temporary results for temporary goals, but also to make them learn a lifetime lesson on how to maintain the optimal weight & health through nutrition & regular workout/cardio.
