About Taylor

Hey! Taylor here! I'm a certified personal trainer who has worked with hundreds of clients over the past six years. I opened my own fitness center in 2018, where I've conducted group fitness classes and personal training. I've helped women understand the importance of functional and strength training and what it means to have mental toughness. I am currently a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army. During my seven year career, I've received an Army Physical Fitness Badge, an Army Achievement Medal for winning the Iron Soldier competition, and a Certificate of Achievement for competing in the Best Warrior Competition. I played softball into college. I was a 3 year starter for the New Jersey City Gothic Knights where I played Outfield and was a Pitcher. Once my collegiate softball career ended, I moved into coaching youth softball and teaching others from my experiences. I still play slowpitch softball on the weekends in tournaments around the region, even representing the state of Nevada in USSSA Challenge Cup.

My favorite client story was my client Alaina. She had worked with personal trainers in the past, where she didn't get results and they weren't a good fit. She had come to me and we worked together to get her to lose 50 lbs!

My training philosophy

I believe anyone can achieve the results they want. Its just putting in the work, sticking to the plan, and not getting discouraged. Weight loss is not a linear process, there are ups and downs no matter who you are. Stick to the process and you'll get the results you're looking for!
