About Natasha

I am avid fitness enthusiast, heart failure, stroke, lymphoma survivor and heart transplant recipient. I have been an athlete my whole life. I was formerly a NCAA Division I cross-country runner, mutliple age group winner in running races ranging from 5k to the half-marathon, dual marathoner, Boston marathon qualifier, long-distance cyclist and I took part in cycling races. I continue to train and have regained my full health after my heart transplant by strength training, running, cycling and walking regularly.

I have significant first-hand experience in workout routines ranging from HIIT, endurance training, walking, running programs and strength training programs. I have personally experienced many health conditions and I understand the needs of those who have struggled and currently want to regain their health as well as clients who strive to improve their overall health, fitness and athletic goals.

As a NASM Certified personal trainer, I guide my clients towards a fitter, healthier life and mind-set by helping them set and reach fitness and health goals and remain injury free along the way. I offer an unpretentious, results-oriented and creative environment that’s invested in your health and success. I create an achievable path to where you want to be and guide you toward a fitter, happier and healthier lifestyle through my fun, creative, challenging and flexible workouts that will change your body and challenge how you feel about yourself. Take back your health and gain confidence in the process. Small steps towards fitness reap huge rewards, but it takes consistency, knowledge and a change in mindset.
