The "Well-Body Workout": Weight Training for Healthier Bones, Muscles, and Joints. NOT for bodybuilding, although you will see more shape and contour to your body. NOT for improving your "one rep max," although you will get stronger. And NOT for boot camp, although the physical parts of your day will get easier.
30 minutes of curated weight training and assisted stretching in a private studio.
I've been a trainer since 1983 and trained literally thousands of sessions. The value of that experience is to help you tailor a workout to your goals, conditions, and motivations; NOT to have you train exactly like I train myself.
Most of the clients here are between 40 and 80 years old, have been reluctant to train in commercial places, and place a high priority on exercising safely.
