Hello! I'm an ACE certified personal trainer that works mainly out of Saddle Brook, but I'm also available for in home/outdoor training around Little Falls. I started training clients in January of 2019, however I have been personally working out for 12+ years. Although, I'm recently new to this I consider myself further ahead than most at this point because I have three personal training mentors with 60+ years combined experience.
Our sessions would typically be 45-60 minutes long. My ideal client is someone that is looking to lose fat and gain muscle. My training style is different than most, my goal is not to kill you and have you so sore the next day you dread having to stand up. Instead, I want you to feel good the next day, if not maybe a tiny bit sore, so that your body is recovering properly and you're ready for the next workout so we can be constantly progressing.
In order for me to help you get the absolute most from our sessions I will need three things from you. One, I need you to track your food. Two, I need you to track your steps. Finally, which is arguably the most important, I need you to be honest with me. Considering I will see you 2-5 hours a week I need you to be completely transparent with me for the remainder of your week so that I can make adjustments to have you see the results you're looking for.
