Chris Houterman is a student at William Paterson University, planning to attend graduate school to attain a doctorate in physical therapy. His goals as a personal trainer coincide with his future goals as a physical therapist. He wishes to help you achieve your optimal level of health to enjoy the important things, such as (but not limited to) playing with your kids, hiking, being comfortable with your own appearance, participating in sports to the best of your ability and generating confidence. Be you an athlete with a long history in exercise or someone who wants to improve your overall quality of life, Chris can aide you in reaching your goals. Sessions with Chris are designed to cater to the clients desired results and are conducted in such a way as to be challenging, safe and fun.
Athletic experience: Football, Wrestling, Track and Field and Basketball. Ten years of consistent weight lifting, running, trail running and hiking.
