About Christine
I started my fitness venture over 30 years ago. After a running injury, I started rehab and realized how important functional and resistance training was to my overall health and well being. I began to see amazing results and wanted to share this with others. I not only recovered but was stronger than ever due to the simple fact of adding strength training to my routine. I have been athletic and enjoyed fitness all my life and I believe we are all not created equal but just need to find the right program to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. I began working with clients and soon after found that this was the next venture in my life. Soon after I decide to open my own small boutique style facility and cater to the individual that wanted small personalized attention, not one size fits all routine and that was the beginning of Pure Energy Fitness.
