I used to be a Court Reporter and would go to the gym to rid myself of the stress of the day. My mother was obese and died of leukemia. I wanted to help people live a healthy lifestyle through exercise, nutrition, and well-being. I usually work with women and I often work with people with disabilities and special needs. A session consists of a cardio warmup, stretches, lower body strengthening, upper body strengthening, abs, back, more stretches, and stretches in between each exercise. Sometimes the session consists of all stretches if that is what the client needs. Exercise is modified to the individual's needs. I love training and helping people live a healthier lifestyle.
