Like many others I faced the challenges of starting and stopping programs, yo-yo dieting, and not knowing what to do before I was able to find the right combination of cleaner eating habits, stronger mindset, and the appropriate exercises in order to create my own transformation and lose over 100lbs! My mission is to educate you, motivate you, and empower you to achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle.
