Hi! I'm Hayla, and making people better is my passion. Every movement incorporated in my workouts has a purpose. How much do you burn spending an hour on the elliptical? You burn 60 minutes... I want you to look and feel good, and my personal past overuse injuries have taught me that going hard and fast all the time will only run your body and mind into the ground.
I work to create a plan that will keep you in the game for the long haul. You will feel better, move better, and of course look better! I'm constantly increasing my knowledge of new techniques to utilize in our sessions.

My favorite client story
My own... I have dealt with chronic pain. I need back surgery, but have avoided it for years through targeted strength and mobility programming. I know what it feels like to want to do something and not physically be able to. There have been times I couldn't walk or stand. I don't want anyone else to have to experience that.
My favorite exercise
I call them side plank elbow rotations... they are incredible for the core, shoulders, hips... I can't wait to show you!
My training philosophy
