About Illysa

Passionate for helping people achieve goals they never imagined possible! Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or an advanced client looking for an exciting challenge, I will push you out of comfort zone so you can achieve results and feel sense of accomplishment. My coaching style is holistic, supportive, flexible, positive and encouraging.  My experience ranges from dumbbells, trx, body weight, bands and more! I’m currently pursuing my Corrective Exercise Certification to help more people precent injuries and help mobility issues  NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2013. Licensed Zumba Instructor since 2010. Former competitive dancer and acrobat. I mostly help Women ages 35-80 build strength, tone, gain better balance, improve cardiovascular endurance, improve core strength, lose weight. You can also have fun doing Zumba 1-on-1 on Zoom with me as well!


My goal is to keep your workouts balanced, changing, exciting and perfect amount of challenge.

Karen, 73 years young, started lost, obese and out of shape. In less than 1 year, she lost 50lbs and completed her first triathlon!
