About Jennifer

CoreForm360 is a personal training studio focused on improving athletic performance, minimizing chance of injury, and achieving superior fitness results through core, strength, and stability training. Combining state-of-the-art equipment and a science-based approach, programs interlink the effects of daily health habits with exercise to optimize training progress, efficiency, and performance. I provide more than just personal training. Programs include training sessions targeted to client goals as well as ongoing assessments to measure progress. But in addition, clients will leave the program understanding: proper exercise mechanics; strategies to minimize injury; how to translate learnings to the field; and strategies to balance exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mental health behaviors...all with the goal of getting the most out of training and establish healthy life habits.
