Hello, my name is LaNiece Brown. I have been physically active by participating in numerous sports in high school (Track & Field, Basketball, Volleyball) and currently partaking in training for Track and Field at Rowan University. I am a junior enrolled as an Athletic Training major at Rowan University. I believe that newer faces to the profession of personal training can provide newer and efficient ways of achieving your goal, whether it be living the fit lifestyle, participating in more exercise, or weight loss, etc.,. My favorite exercise
My favorite exercises include the lower extremity because there are so many, yet there are also many different variations. I love using resistance bands as well because you don't have to be physically strong in order to still feel the burn!
