I've worked with clients over 5 years. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer, an ACE group fitness instructor, Les Mills International Trainer/Presenter and a Reebok Sponsored Athlete.
Instilling a fitness regime in to your life delivers a multitude of benefits! The most popular of these benefits include improved health, less risk for many diseases and better mobility. Studies have also attributed fitness to better sleep patterns, a clearer state of mind, reduced stress, better aging and longevity, happiness and the list goes on!
I strive to combine challenge and fun with each program I create. From strengthening to toning to high intense intervals and circuits, each workout is designed to leave you pushing your limits and burning extra calories even after your workout is complete!
My favorite client story
It fills me with all the feel-good fit vibes when my clients see an improvement even in the simplest forms of their everyday lives. Whether it be walking up and down the stairs without losing their breath, feeling strong enough to lift a child or place their carry on in the overhead compartment of a plane, or breaking their PR in a race - from small to large, the advancements from functional training leave such a mark on them, as well as me.
My favorite exercise
Dancing and boxing. I highly enjoy turning up the tunes and "losing myself" in a workout - and these two forms take me far far away, getting me into a zone that challenges both my cardio and bodyweight strength systems.

My training experience
I began group fitness instructing six years ago and worked my way onto the Les Mills National Trainer and Presenter Team for the past four years. During that time I also assumed my Certified Personal Trainer certification 5 years ago. Ever since I have trained numerous clients - some of which have been with me for 3+ years!
