Hi there, my name is Laura-Lynn. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified private personal trainer, an ACE group fitness instructor and a Les Mills National Trainer/Presenter.
Instilling a fitness regime in to your life delivers a multitude of benefits! The most popular of these benefits include improved health, less risk for many diseases and better mobility. Studies have also attributed fitness to better sleep patterns, a clearer state of mind, reduced stress, better aging and longevity, happiness and the list goes on!
I strive to combine challenge and fun with each program I create. From strengthening to toning to high intense intervals and circuits, each workout is designed to leave you pushing your limits and burning extra calories even after your workout is complete.
We all feel the daily pressures and demands of society and all experience the hurdles life consistently throws in our path! Falling off track with your fitness routine is common. Getting back on track is solely up to you, but staying on track is a team effort when you choose to let me be your personal trainer. You light the spark, I help keep it lit!

My favorite exercise
I am a huge fan of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The results are faster and the actual workout time is less. During the 20-30-45 min sessions we work on an intense output of energy bursts to burn the most fat and get the body toned and lean.
