Hi! I'm Liz, a Pilates instructor and fitness coach dedicated to helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through personalized training and sustainable habits. I believe fitness should be challenging, enjoyable, and realistic—not based on quick fixes or extreme routines. My coaching combines strength training, Pilates principles, mobility work, and accountability to help you achieve lasting results while reducing the risk of injury. Every session is designed to meet you where you are and help you progress safely and confidently.
