About Maria
Hello and thank you for visiting my page! I am certified in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition. I obtained my certifications through the International Sports Sciences Association, which is one of the most reputable fitness organizations in the industry. I have been involved in sports and fitness my entire life and truly enjoy helping people improve themselves. Sports, fitness and nutrition have always been my passions. I work with male and female clients of all different ages with different needs. I really enjoy building relationships and helping people becoming stronger, more fit and more energized. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and helping you achieve your fitness goals!
My favorite client story
I have a client who has a big party at her house each winter. She and her husband move furniture around to create extra space in her home, since approximately 100-120 people attend. She's always struggled to move a very specific table and after training for several months, she was able to help move the table with no problem!! I was so happy to hear this. This is an example of one of the many reasons we work out. Yes, we want to look better, but I think most of us also want to live healthy, productive lives!! I try to share this story with all of my clients as inspiration!

My favorite exercise changes periodically, but for now, it is the rocking high plank. Great for lower abs!

My training philosophy
Make your workout enjoyable, so that you look forward to it every time. Incorporate into your workout whatever makes it fun and motivating, such as your favorite music or working out with a friend. Also, it's physically and mentally healthy to perform different types of workouts on a regular basis. Variety is key!!
