We begin with your complimentary Strategy Session, where we will:-discuss your GOALS and WHY they are important to you-talk about your current health, fitness and nutrition-assess your movement with the Functional Movement Screen -check your body composition, weight and vital measurements if desired-coach you through a brief flexibility and mobility workout-gather information in order to write you a customized workout program-provide a game plan for you to best achieve your fitness goals-schedule your first training session. Your customized program will consist of:-Range of Motion Exercises and Movement Preparation to help you move better-Essential Core Exercises to strengthen your abs and back-Strength and Muscle Building Exercises to increase your metabolism-A cardiovascular program to accelerate your fat loss-Our nutrition journal with the keys to your success
