Second generation teacher, Nichole has over 15 years of Pilates teaching experience. She is comprehensively trained, PMA certified and a graduate of Pilates elder Lolita San Miguel's Pilates Master Mentor Program. A contemporary style with roots in the classical, she teaches on all pieces of equipment and especially enjoys working with those new to Pilates or with special needs or conditions that preclude them from traditional exercise.
