I was in one of the darkest times of my life when I finally made the decision to improve my fitness after years of my goals being derailed and pushed aside. I knew that for me to really reach my goals and take the journey seriously, just going into a gym wouldn’t work for me and would be super intimidating. I was looking for 1-on-1 teamwork and support from someone who genuinely would help me succeed. I took my time looking for the perfect match, and just based on this profile I immediately had such a gut feeling about Pat. I can tell you now that trusting my instincts and getting to know Pat was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He is extremely calm, kind, accommodating and empathetic. His approach to fitness is not only genuine but also well rounded. He takes your physical goals and ability into account, but with his psychology background he is just as concerned in your mental health, using meditation to clear the mind and put you in the space to have your strongest day yet. He pays close attention to your medical health, focusing not just on the number on the scale but taking a deep dive into your daily diet and caloric intake because he understands exercise alone is half the battle – diet is really what helps make the difference in your progress. He pays attention to any medical conditions and encourages you to push yourself to your resistance point without going over the edge. He’s not only about results; he is about injury prevention so that you can continue to make the progress you want to see long-term. His flexibility is amazing too. I’ve been working on body-weight training, weight lifting and cardio goals and he has been accommodating to all, working with me in-person in his home gym and with the weight equipment I have at my home. He is available for FaceTime check-ins and encourages daily updates on workouts. He is the perfect individual trainer because he really takes an individual-focused approach and connects with you on a personal level. He shared his own body inspiration goals with me, and it encouraged me to find my body inspiration, which has propelled me forward in my results dramatically. He truly has become such a close friend, and I am so lucky that I know him. He is empathetic, friendly, and funny. He’s simply one of the greatest human beings I know, and as proud as I am of my own progress, I am really honored to know him and proud of him in so many ways. Go Pat!
