With more than 19 years experience, my biggest reward as a personal trainer is seeing my clients reach and exceed their goals. In addition to my fitness background, I am a former Division I athlete. My background as an accomplished athlete (Hall of Fame at Loyola University, Maryland -Women's Basketball) and more importantly a Captain and leader has played an integral role in my development as a personal trainer. Playing competitive sports has inspired me, and helped me to better understand my clients and their tendencies, so I can provide the discipline and fire they need to reach their goals.
