About Me

I’m a 45-year-old husband and father of two boys, living in NYC for over 10 years and helping people transform their bodies and lives for more than a decade.

Fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine. I’ve spent years learning, competing, training, and pushing myself physically and mentally so I can better understand not only my own body — but how to help others unlock theirs.

My philosophy is simple: movement is medicine. When you move better, you feel better — not just in the gym, but in every part of your life. Your energy improves, your confidence grows, your stress decreases, and you show up better for yourself and the people around you.

Using breath work, posture, movement mechanics, and strength training, I help clients understand how their bodies respond to stress, how they recover, and how to build resilience from the inside out. I’ve spent thousands of hours watching people move, helping them improve physically while also teaching them to better understand their own bodies.

My training system, Train Better Faster, is built around smarter movement, efficient programming, accountability, and real results. My style of training will get you into the best shape of your life — often faster than you ever thought possible.

Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, athletic performance, mobility, confidence, or simply feeling good again, I create a personalized approach that challenges you, supports you, and delivers lasting results.

I bring experience, energy, and passion to every session, and I genuinely care about helping people become stronger, healthier, and happier.

Are you ready to move better, feel better, and become the best version of yourself?

My Training Style

My training style is personalized, motivating, and results-driven. I focus on movement quality first — because when the body moves well, everything else improves.

Through strength training, conditioning, breath work, posture correction, and mobility training, I help clients build stronger bodies that not only look great but function at a higher level in everyday life.

Every program is tailored specifically to your goals, experience level, and lifestyle. I push my clients with purpose, while making sure they feel supported, educated, and empowered throughout the process.

Train Better Faster isn’t just a name — it’s a philosophy. Train smarter. Move better. Recover better. Get results faster.

My favorite client story

“On more than one occasion, I’ve had someone come to me at a point where their health and lifestyle were taking them down a dangerous path. Through movement, training, education, and consistency, I was able to help them completely change direction and create a healthier, stronger way of living. Watching someone transform their body, mindset, and future is the most fulfilling part of my work.”

My favorite exercise

I love to skip because of how it makes me feel. Aas a coach I love to get clients on any single leg movement. I love 15 rear foot elevated split squats or a 5 min cardio kick to light someone up.

My favorite quote

How you treat one, is how you treat all and Everyday is a school day. That's 2

My training philosophy

I believe that when you move better, you feel better.
Strength and movement are foundations for a better life — improving health, protecting longevity, and building resilience for the future.
But training is more than exercise. It opens the door to greater experiences, deeper enjoyment of movement, and higher physical achievement. Through sport, physical challenges, and life’s pursuits, we can aspire to achieve greater feats and express the full potential of human performance.
The more movement options and physical capability you have, the more freedom you have to explore life fully.
Movement is rhythm, timing, expression, culture, enjoyment, and community. Training should not only make people stronger — it should help them live better, perform better, and experience more through movement.

My training experience

I have extensive experience helping people of all backgrounds and ability levels improve their strength, movement, fitness, and overall performance.
My approach combines strength training, movement development, athletic performance, and long-term health to help people become stronger, more capable, and more resilient in both sport and everyday life.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients pursuing a wide range of goals — from improving health and confidence, to enhancing athletic performance and achieving higher physical standards. I believe training should do more than improve appearance; it should improve the way you move, feel, perform, and experience life.
My goal is to help people unlock greater physical potential through intelligent training that builds strength, confidence, longevity, and freedom through movement.
