My favorite exercise
Any exercise that uses more than 1 muscle group is a favorite of mine. My most favorite would have to be the Squat, Bicep Curl into a Shoulder Press. This exercise works the whole body & burns a tremendous amount of calories.

My training experience
With over 15 years of experience in Personal Training. Rob can make your goals a reality. Rob was born and raised in Little Ferry, NJ. After attending Ridgefield Park High School he went on to graduate from Southern Connecticut State University where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. While in college Rob did his internship in Cardiac Rehab. Rob has been employed with Parisi's since 1998. He is certified through the National Academy of Sport Medicine as a Personal Trainer, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and as a Sharecare Online Health Coach/Elite Trainer. Rob also is a Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant through the American Council on Exercise and he holds speculations in Pre & Post Natal, Golf Conditioning, and TRX training; Rob truly enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities.
