My favorite exercise
Any exercise that uses more than 1 muscle group is a favorite of mine. My most favorite would have to be the Squat, Bicep Curl into a Shoulder Press. This exercise works the whole body & burns a tremendous amount of calories.

My philosophy is that something is always better than nothing. That perfection in the context of real life is not realistic, instead I teach my clients to aim for good enough Donne CONSISTENTLY.

With over 20+ years of experience in coaching. Together we will can make your goals a reality. I was born and raised in Bergen County, NJ. After attending Ridgefield Park High School he went on to graduate from Southern Connecticut State University where I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. While in college I did my internship in Cardiac Rehab.
