I make training fun and effective, always striving to meet your goals first, whether that be body toning, weight loss or to get mean and lean I give you a program to follow, so when you are not training with me, you will always stay well informed and motivated. I use a variety of equipment, always changing workouts so your muscles are always being challenged. I believe in functional training performing exercises that will help in daily living not a big fan of isolated machines.. you will never know where your MUSCLE imbalances ARE.
My favorite client story
I had trained a lady who was having a problem getting in/out of pool with knee issues. After training with me for a few months (lots of lunges and step ups) she was able to go into the pool quite gracefully. Id say thats a major accomplishment!!!!! She was amazed at her progression and opened her up to making further accomplishments".

I train people of all ages, in good health and with complications (arthritis, knee problems, back problems, etc). I hold a certification From NASM, TRX training, Womens Fitness Specialist, pre/post natal, senior population. I am CPR/AED certified
