I do not have a favorite client story. My clients become like family. I do not do business; I establish and maintain relationships. I have learned so much over the years from my clients. I've been training with Bill for about a year. It's been nothing but a pleasure working with Bill. His experience shows through his training methods. When I started training with Bill he was very conscious of the fact that I have spine issues which cause sciatica. He designed a program for me that would not exacerbate these issues and incorporated a lot of core strength and flexibility training - in addition to weight training. Within a month, I was surprised to find that the spine issues that had been bothering me for 15 years, were abating and the sciatica was going away. Over the past year, my flexibility has increased greatly and my back pain has pretty much disappeared. Bill cares greatly about his clients and I always look forward to seeing him.
