About Amanda

Virtual training is now available with me as well as in person training.


My training style is very different from most trainers.  I come from a very disciplined ballet training back ground.  I focus completely on getting my clients in the best possible healthy shape that  they can be in according to what their  physical body determines there able to do. I have worked with all types of clients men and women of all ages and nationalities.  My commitment to excellence is focused totally on my clients. I became a trainer to help people live a healthier life style which is the life style I live everyday of my own personal life.

I injured myself shortly before getting pregnant so I was out of the game for some time before wanting to jump back in. I was very nervous to start working out again in the middle of my pregnancy but Amanda really put me at ease. She listened to what I felt I was comfortable with and has slowly challenged me in ways that build my confidence without making me worried I might hurt myself. She keeps a close eye on my form and breathing and immediately adjusts our workouts to make sure I'm not pushing myself too hard or doing something I shouldn't. I leave every workout feeling great and I'm so glad I found her!


Amanda is a true professional, very personable, and interested in helping me meet my fitness goals. It's been an absolute pleasure working with her these past months and having her get me back into a workout routine that is designed to fit my pace.
