About Asher

Asher is a Certified Personal Trainer of National Council on Strength and Fitness, currently studying nutrition.
Skill drills, competition, and teamwork were instilled in him at a very early age, his Grandfather was Fire Chief, Father a Fireman, physically growing up in a Firehouse. His Parents were young and active, they had him competing in racquetball, skiing, and gymnastics by age 5.
Later in life racquetball turned to college tennis, skiing became snowboard team, and gymastics became yoga,
In his free time, he enjoys CrossFit, Broadway Theater, and Travel.
He believes that training should be about the goal through strength, nutrition, and flexibility.
