I work with students as young as high school age and adults well into their 60s and beyond. I work with folks who have never felt athletic in their life and professional athletes looking to compete. My approach is highly personalized to your body and your life, so I always insist on beginning with a (free) consultation where we get to know each other and discuss where you are at and your goals to see if we might be a good fit. Depending on that intake, we will cover anything from lifting & cardio, programming & training principles, team & solo sports, mobility & stability, balance & coordination, and so on and so on... You name it, I got you.
