That's my training philosophy right there. I'm not into doing eight different kinds of curls, or complex programs that you need a graphing calculator to figure out. I use simple, functional movements that are proven to work to help you reach your goal.
Never deadlifted or squatted before? No problem! I love introducing people to these foundational movements and showing them how easily they can be implemented. I also love the look on a client's face when he or she gets that rush after lifting a big PR.
I also work with the Steel Mace. Yes mace like the medieval weapon; and its history goes back even further than that. The creative freedom that the mace offers is unparalleled, not to mention that you can't help but feel like a badass while you're working out with it.
So here's the deal, I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel with my training. I use tried and true methods that will work and will give you a heck of a fitness foundation. So if that sounds like something you'd be in to, hit me up!
