My name is Brian Lam. I grew up overweight but fell in love with strength training when I decided to lose weight for basketball. I am a recent graduate from Queens College with a bachelors in nutrition and exercise science. I am currently studying to become a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). My mission is to help people achieve their fitness goals through intelligent and maintainable training regimen and diet so that you’re to maintain your fitness for the rest of your life.

He’s a nice and knowledgeable personal trainer. I was at the point which I could not lose any weights for a period of time, but after following his personalized instructions for a diet and workout routines, I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks. It is always good to have an expert in the field to point out your blind spot when you see no result from what you’ve been working on.
Learned so much from Brian. Taught me how to stay safe lifting and made staying consistent easy. Brian also makes understanding nutrition very easy as well.

Brian is hands down the best of the best. He not only prioritizes your goals: whether it's getting stronger, maintaining, losing weight, or being healthier, but he also pays close attention to your emotional well-being, which, in my opinion, is one of the most important part of fitness. His attention to details with working out specific body parts along with his intelligence and building relations with his clients is what makes him a great trainer. Throughout my time training with Brian, I've not only lost 9 pounds but I also feel myself getting stronger. I've learned so much from Brian about how to go about exercise and nutrition in a non-restrictive and healthy way and I honestly wouldn't be where I am at now without his help. 10/10 highly recommended.
