VerifiedAbout Christopher
As a child, I was a constant victim to bullying due to my height. This sparked the beginning of my life-long martial arts journey to obtain strength, courage, vitality, and self-confidence. Ever since then, I dedicated my life to creating a world full of people that wake up in the morning feeling powerful, accomplished, healthy, and willing to take on each day with burning passion. My training methods come from my 11+ years of martial arts experience under the practices of Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA. On the side, I indulge in parkour and other acrobatic endeavors while continuing my martial arts practices in order to constantly grow as an athlete.
My favorite client story
One client I had could not do a single unmodified push-up when she started. After a month of consistent training, she dropped 5lbs and was able to do up to 14 push-ups unmodified. She was floored and could not believe her results.
My favorite exercise
Mitt work. Forever and always.
My favorite quote
"If you cant fly, then run,
If you can't run, then walk,
If you can't walk, then crawl,
But whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward."
- Martin Luther King Jr.
My training philosophy
Work hard, study well, and eat and sleep plenty. We must master the art of peace in addition to the art of war.
