About Erick

"Movement is Life"...These words have been the foundation of my fitness journey. When I was young, working out playing a sport and getting my heart pumping was way to escape the humdrum of everyday life. This in a way prepared me for the next chapter of my life with the US NAVY. My duties as a Corpsman required me to have an in depth comprehension of the human body and to treat all types of different injuries, on and off the field. During my time in the service, I worked in a physical therapy clinic in Camp Pendelton, CA. Watching as these Physical Therapist worked with the patients brought me such a sense of fulfilment. I knew that this is what I wanted to do. After my time in the service, I obtained my Bachelors in Nutrition and Exercise Science, NASM-CPT, NASM-CES with the goal to get as many people moving as possible. I have worked with a wide variety of people to lose weight, fix posture, get stronger and overall feel better. My aim is to get you excited about working out. Whether it be for the first time or if you are trying to get back in the groove. A progressive approach to achieving your goal is. As a certified Flexologist, I applied PNF stretching to aide in recovery for Marathon runners, Young Athletes, weightlifters and recovery from surgeries. We will work together to stay motivated and Keep Moving!
