Hello, my name is Gene Davis. I'm a personal trainer with a unique style of training that has been born out of my having been an athlete for most of my life. It taught me that whatever we do in the gym, should have benefits that transfer to life and sport. We are all athletes and our lifestyle is our sport. Our sports require different skills and abilities to perform them smoothly and efficiently.. I have created and or identified literally hundreds of exercises that lend themselves to benefitting us outside of the gym. I would love to show the difference between strength in the gym, and real world, functional strength.
