DO NOT WORK WITH GERRICK. He is a scam artist and a thief, showing absolutely no professionalism. I hired Gerrick as a personal trainer on Find your Trainer. He convinced me to cancel the FYT subscription and pay him personally for one on one sessions between us so he can pocket all the money. I paid him for 6 sessions up front. After 3 sessions, he started canceling our appointment times with little notice or just didn't show up without any notice at all. He started to completely ignore me and stopped responding to my messages when trying to confirm our appointments. When I requested the money back for the sessions I had paid for but were not completed, he ignored me and blocked me on all social media platforms. I wanted to settle this privately and cordially without having to resort to posting a negative review, but he has left me with no other choice. His actions are sad and disgraceful. In the times we did work out together, he was often texting on his phone and was distracted which made it hard to feel like I was getting my money's worth. He also promised several times to send me workout plans and never did. I am truly disappointed at the experience I had with him and recommend for others to avoid Gerrick and his gym. It doesn't get more unprofessional and disrespectful than someone stealing your money and disappearing on you. I also recommend for FYT to stop allowing clients to use him so others can avoid the terrible experience that I had
