About Hector
Working as a personal trainer and instructor I've continued to learn and expand on new skills and methods to create better strategies for improved health and fitness goals. I enjoy educating and training clients who want to improve the quality of their lives. Understanding each persons struggle, lifestyle and health goals i am better able to deliver results specific to the needs and wants of my clients. Normally a movement assesment is done to establish a clients base line in order to appropriately design a fitness program to deliver optimum results. I have an extensive background training and teaching martial arts. I train clients to build muscle and improve body composition with appropriate conditioning exercises. I have experience working with clients with various health conditions. I enjoy working with those who want to live better.

Before I was out of shape, felt I have no confidence in myself and had a lot of stress in my life. Working out with a personal trainer was the best decision I have ever made.
