About Hector

 

Working as a personal trainer I've continued to learn and expand on new skills and innovative information within the health and fitness industry to provide better service as a fitness expert. I enjoy educating and training people who want to improve the quality of their lives. In my spare time i enjoy creating digital art. I have an extensive background training and teaching martial arts. I train clients to build muscle and improve body composition with appropriate conditioning exercises. I have trained clients young and old as well as those with injuries. I enjoy working with those who want to live better.

Before I was out of shape, felt I have no confidence in myself and had a lot of stress in my life. Working out with a personal trainer was the best decision I have ever made.
