I've been a personal trainer for over 6years and since my initial step into the industry through NASM, I've continued to improve my education and wealth of knowledge by achieving other certifications and my first masters in exercise science from CALU (Currently enrolled into ECU’s MS Exercise Science: Strength and Conditioning program).
I work with a wide range of clients from those who are looking to stay fit & injury free, to post-rehab, to those looking to tone up and build muscle, and finally those looking to be a complete and total badass. My training style is a very methodical undertone and that comes from the months and years of studying exercise physiology, program design, mechanics of strength training, and corrective exercise. I always educate my clients to have a better mind-muscle connection and take the time to explain what they should be feeling and the "why". I help build confidence and resilence through strength training.
