James Sinodinos
VerifiedAbout James
James Sinodinos is a New York native with a passion for sports and for people. Baseball became his first love at a very early age and that love has never waivered. He was fortunate enough to make a couple of local television appearances with baseball at the age of thirteen and was named team captain of his high school team and a Staten Island Advance Allstar in 2012. While playing college ball, James tore his ACL/PCL/LCL and became passionate about the rehab process and athletic performance training. James is now finishing up his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Columbia University and holds his Certified Strenth and Conditioning Specialist certification. James' favorite book is The Sports Gene by David Epstein because he loves the science behind athletic performance and desires to learn more about the human body and its potential.
