My name is Jason Spencer. I am a personal trainer and strength conditioning coach working throughout New York City and in parts of North Jersey providing all common fitness aspects.
I have been training clients for over 11 years.
Where I stand out from others in the profession is in my dedication and work ethic. There is nothing more important to me than the quality of service I provide to my clients.
