As a Contemporary Dancer & former NPC Bikini competitor, my training style is a blend of strength training, mobility, mat pilates/reformer, and cardio. I help my clients build a strong foundation through proper movement/education in order to feel better throughout their days & everyday movements.
I also assist my clients with their nutrition to identify a way of eating that is specific to their dietary needs and lifestyle.
Whether new to fitness or looking to improve, these workouts will have you feeling & moving better. I look forward to coaching you!
