About Katherine
My career as a personal trainer begins and ends with helping my clients achieve both their needs and desires. My theory of exercise and wellness is not traditional, and stems from my time in both a gym and private exercise therapy studios to fuse together a well rounded workout on specialized custom built equipment in a cozy enviroment, where each person finds themselves at home. I like to run a one stop shop, with access to my therapeutic and preventative exercise regimen, as well as personal training with a martial arts and performance expert former marine , plus options to include both aerial work with a professional dancer and circus performer, bodywork including physical therapy for the spine ans acupuncture, and a nutrition advice from a certified holistic professional.
My favorite client story
Working with a client with severe MS, we took him in in a wheelchair. It was analysis incredible to witness him beginning to regain neuromuscular facility and connection to his lower limbs, from crawling with resistance to standing and walking with assistance.
