About Kenneth
I became a personal trainer in 1999, starting out at Bally's Total Fitness and later working at smaller, boutique studios in the Bergen County, New Jersey area. Since moving to Manhattan I've mainly trained clients in their homes or in their building's gym if their building has one. I've worked with children, the elderly and all ages in between with goals ranging from improving vertical leap or fitting into a wedding dress to managing osteoporosis. In addition to being a personal trainer, I have also worked as an actor, been a writer for a radio show, tried my hand at stand-up comedy and co-hosted a podcast.

Ken has been my trainer for several years and it has been amazing! He is sensitive, challenging, and hilarious - A rare combination. When weather allows, we do our workouts in Central Park, which is such a breath of fresh air (literally!) as I'm not a big fan of the gym. Over the years, I feel like I have learned so much from him that I'm empowered to put together my own workouts when I'm away. Above all, we have a such great time during our workouts, mostly because he is so funny and can talk at length about theater and music (from classical to prog rock). Highly recommend! He is the best!
